Paul owns the service delivery of our services to partners and merchants. From card design and fulfilment, through to transaction processing and follow-up customer care, Paul and his team ensure Savvy delivers on its service level commitments.
Eoin is responsible for all elements of new customer acquisition and existing customer retention across our direct and reseller sales channels. He also leads our new product development initiatives and was Chairman of the Gift Card & Voucher Association from 2015-2021.
Steve is responsible for our US and Canadian business. With over 14 years gift card experience in the US and Europe, Steve is perfectly positioned to help retailers get the best from their program and Savvy’s services.
Dominic drives the recruitment of new merchants, businesses and communities to the Savvy platform, working principally with our reseller channels.
