Operating across Europe, fashion brand Ralph Lauren wanted to launch a gift card programme that would ensure that their cards would be redeemable anywhere and anytime to their global shoppers. Whether their customers wanted to shop online or in one of their many stores across the continent, they needed a seamless gift card operation to ensure top-quality customer service.
